Why Unit

Stop guessing. Start progressing.

Progressive overload only works if you know what you did last time. Most lifters don't — because logging it is a chore.

1 tap

to log a set

Last session's weight and reps are pre-filled. Confirm and get back to resting.

0

plate math

Every weight you log comes with a per-side plate breakdown.

100%

automatic progress

Charts and history build themselves from the sets you log. No spreadsheet required.

Features

Everything you need between sets. Nothing you don't.

Unit is built around the 90 seconds of rest you have to record what you just did. Fast enough to use every set, deep enough to actually see your progress.

One-tap logging

Log a set before
your heart rate drops.

Tap New Set and your weight and reps are already filled in from last session. Adjust with a quick-pick chip if you went heavier, then tap Log. That's it.

  • Weight and reps auto-fill from your last session
  • Quick-pick chips for common weights and rep counts
  • Per-side plate breakdown shown as you log
Set logging sheet with weight, reps, and a per-side plate breakdown

Lift with friends

Get gassed up.
Gas up your crew.

Share a workout in one tap and it lands in your friends' feed — every set, every PR. Drop a 🔥 on their squat PR, hype them up in the comments, and get the same energy back when it's your turn. Encouragement is the best pre-workout.

  • A feed of your friends' workouts, sets, and PRs
  • React with 🔥 💪 👏 💯 and cheer them on in the comments
  • Get notified the moment your crew hypes you up

Presets

Build your split once.
Start it in one tap.

Save Push, Pull, Legs — or whatever your program calls for — with target sets, reps, and weight. Start a preset and your whole session is laid out, ready to go.

  • Targets for every exercise, right on the card
  • Repeat your last set with a single tap
  • Notes per exercise for cues, seat heights, and grips

Progress

Watch the line
go up and to the right.

Every set you log feeds clean, per-exercise charts. See exactly where you're progressing, where you've stalled, and tap any point to jump back to that day's workout.

  • Weight and estimated 1RM / 10RM charts per exercise
  • Full workout history with every set and note
  • Tap a data point to open that session

Workout trophies

Don't count pounds.
Count whales.

Finish a workout and Unit turns your total volume into something gloriously absurd — a hippo, a grand piano, an empty 737. Roughly one in five cards drops holographic. Collect them, share them, flex them.

  • A new comparison card after every workout
  • Rare holographic drops that tilt as you move
  • Share your workout to your friends' feed

Always. You can export your complete workout history from Settings at any time, and delete all of your data whenever you like.

Does it work on my phone?

Unit is designed mobile-first for one-handed use at the gym, and works great on desktop too.

Does it work with my program?
